Tom is the Founder and Managing Partner of Level 5 Partners. Tom is an experienced talent acquisition executive with decades of experience and expertise, recruiting senior leadership across various industry verticals and end markets. Over his career in talent acquisition, Tom has held senior leadership positions and led the hiring and development of diverse global teams and boards of directors for consulting and professional service firms, high-growth, and private equity and venture capital-backed companies.

Prior to founding Level 5 Partners, Tom served as a Partner with several global executive search firms where he focused on senior executive and board level searches for clients within the technology, media and entertainment, financial services, insurance, industrial & manufacturing, life sciences and aviation verticals.

Tom also previously served as a Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Accenture’s Products Operating Group and held Head of Executive Recruitment and Practice Leader roles with world-class technology consulting firms, including Genpact, Infosys, and Cognizant. Previously, Tom built a human resource and talent platform for an emerging private equity fund backed by some of the world’s largest and most prestigious institutional investors.

Tom began his career as a technology sales leader holding positions with firms such as Unisys and Compuware.
